A hunting weekend already involves route planning, camp setup, equipment, food, and timing. The 7×12 trailer can give your group one organized refrigerated space instead of depending on several crowded coolers.
The best setup depends on what will be stored, its starting temperature, the destination, available power, site access, and the rental period. Tell us the full plan so we can decide whether this trailer is an appropriate fit.

Important note
This trailer is not offered as a game-processing facility. Do not place whole carcasses, warm loads, blood, hanging game, or any unapproved contents in the trailer unless the written rental agreement expressly allows it.

We confirm the required electrical service, cord distance, and any approved generator arrangement before the rental.
Placement and access
The site needs suitable access, a level placement area, ventilation, and room to operate the door safely.
Transport plan
Delivery, customer pickup, tow vehicle, route, destination, and return method are confirmed individually before approval.

DFW Trailer Systems is based in North Texas. Trip destination, transport distance, route, timing, and return arrangements are reviewed case by case. Availability is not guaranteed until the rental is approved in writing.
KNOW THE RULES BEFORE THE TRIP
Wildlife possession, tagging, carcass movement, chronic wasting disease restrictions, food handling, and cold-storage rules vary by state, county, species, and destination. The renter is responsible for complying with all applicable rules. DFW Trailer Systems must approve the intended contents and use before booking.
Destination and intended use matter
Texas hunting note
For a Texas hunt, do not advertise or use the trailer as a mobile cold-storage or processing facility for harvested game unless DFW Trailer Systems has received written clarification that the planned use is lawful.

You may request a review for those trips. Approval depends on destination, intended contents, applicable wildlife rules, equipment fit, transport, power, insurance, and availability. Do not load harvested game or other unapproved contents unless the written agreement specifically permits it.

Out-of-state trips are reviewed individually. The renter is responsible for applicable documentation, tagging, carcass movement, CWD, import, and transport rules in every state involved.

The exact electrical and generator requirements will be confirmed for the actual unit before the rental. Tell us what power is available at the destination and how far the placement area is from the power source.

The confirmed temperature range depends on the actual 7×12 unit, configuration, ambient conditions, load, airflow, door openings, and power. Tell us the required temperature and the starting temperature of the contents.

Capacity depends on packaging, shelving, weight, payload, airflow, and safe loading. We do not promise a specific number of animals or coolers.

A refrigerated trailer is not automatically a blast chiller. Tell us the product, quantity, starting temperature, packaging, and loading plan so we can determine whether the proposed use is appropriate.

Weekend requests are welcomed, subject to trailer availability and approved dates, destination, transport, power, insurance, deposit, and written rental terms.

Only approved contents may be stored. No processing, hanging game, blood, loose animal material, or other unapproved use is allowed. Cleaning, damage, and return-condition requirements will be included in the written agreement.
